History of AdBlade

Adblade, founded in January 2008 by Ash Nashed, is a digital advertising platform specializing in content-style native advertising. Headquartered in Somerville, New Jersey, with additional offices in New York City and Buffalo, New York, Adblade has established itself as a significant player in the online advertising industry.

In October 2013, Adiant, the parent company of Adblade, acquired IndustryBrains, a cost-per-click ad network. This acquisition enabled Adblade to expand its reach into the financial publishing sector, providing advertisers with access to premium financial publishers such as Bloomberg, Bankrate, MorningStar, and Investopedia.

By January 2015, Adblade had significantly increased its mobile reach, growing from just under 80 million monthly unique users to over 400 million global monthly uniques. This expansion underscored Adblade's commitment to meeting the growing demand for mobile advertising solutions.

Throughout its history, Adblade has focused on delivering innovative advertising solutions, including proprietary ad units and targeting methodologies, to both advertisers and publishers. The company's dedication to brand safety and premium content distribution has been recognized by industry leaders, solidifying its position in the digital advertising landscape.
